REGIONAL CHALLENGER TOUR – LIABILITY WAIVER & CONSENT AGREEMENT
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that the Regional Challenger Tour (“RCT”) involves strenuous physical activity,
including but not limited to running, lifting, jumping, agility obstacles, strength challenges, and other
competitive athletic tasks. I understand these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to
sprains, strains, fractures, heat-related illness, cardiac events, collisions, and other serious injury or death.
I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.
2. Physical Condition Certification
I certify that I am in good physical health, that I am capable of safely participating in intense physical
activity, and that I have no medical condition or injury that would make participation unsafe. I understand
that RCT does not and will not evaluate my fitness or medical condition, and that participation is entirely at
my own discretion and risk.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate in RCT, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event
organizers, owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability
for injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of or related to my participation in the event,
whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action
brought by me or on my behalf, or by any third party arising from my actions during the event.
5. Emergency Medical Consent
In the event of injury, I authorize event staff or medical personnel to secure emergency medical treatment for
me, and I accept full responsibility for all associated costs.
6. Media Release
I grant RCT the right to use photos, video, and audio recordings of me taken during the event for marketing,
promotion, social media, and future advertising, without compensation.
7. Age Confirmation
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am a minor with a parent or legal guardian completing this
registration on my behalf.
8. Acknowledgment
By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Liability
Waiver & Consent Agreement, and that I am voluntarily participating in the Regional Challenger Tour at my
own risk.
